Cancellation Policy Level: Relaxed
- Cancellation request made before 24 Hours of event start date: Entire amount to be refunded.
- Cancellation request made between 0 to 24 Hours ammount does not refunded
- Cancellation request made on or after the event start date are not entertained.
- Example – Let’s assume your booking is for 31st January. If you put in a cancellation request by 29th January 23:59 Hrs, 100% of booking amount is refundable in your original mode of payment. If you put in a cancellation request between 30th January 00:00 Hrs and 30th January 23:59 Hrs, your 50% ammount is refunded. If you put in a cancellation request after 31st January 00:00 Hrs, paid amount is non-refundable
